If you are above an H cup, you may want to size down 1-2 cup sizes from your normal UK size in most unpadded Gorsenia bras, depending on how much depth you need. I normally wear a UK 30JJ/32J, but I take a 30J/32HH in this and other unpadded Gorsenia models. Their bands run firm, so if you like Panache bands, you will like these bands. Otherwise, you may want to consider sizing up in the band for a looser fit.
