Refund policy

Step 1 – Complete the Enclosed Returns Form

Please complete the enclosed returns form for the items you wish to return.
To help us improve our service to you, please include the reason for returning.

Step 2 – Pack your return items up nice and secure

Items should be unworn with the tags attached and if the item came packaged, please include the original packaging too.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returns

Step 3 – Take your return package to the post office or Evri drop-off point.

Please request for a certificate of posting when you hand in your item at the courier office.  This will come in handy should your items get lost in the post.

Step 4 – Your Refund or Replacement Items are Issued

Once we receive your items and depending on your request, we will either issue you with a refund or send out a replacement.  Your refund will be processed via the original payment method as quickly as possible.
